Version 1.21 is out

The new release is out!  Here what's in it:

• Added Control-S to stop a page from loading
• Added Alt-I to display browser / page information
• Added Cnt-Alt-M - Maximize / normalize screen size
• Added Escape key - Normal Screen Size
• Added Control-Q - Exit
• Refactored most of the keyboard events for easier management

Cleaned-up release coming soon

Tonight the plan is to release a new copy of DSWB.  A few things that will be added in this release will be hot keys and just a general code clean-up.  I have two more releases planned in the next couple of weeks and then I'll take my cues from you on which way to go.
